Viele Krebserkrankungen im gynäkologischen und senologischen Bereich sind hormonabhängig und stellen eine absolute Kontraindikation für eine Hormonersatztherapie (HRT) dar. Die Behandlung von menopausalen Beschwerden in dieser Gruppe ist oft eine besondere Herausforderung, da sie durch die onkologische Therapie und eine damit verbundene vorzeitige Menopause bereits im frühen Alter auftreten können und eingeschränkte Behandlungsoptionen zur Verfügung stehen. …
