Zusammenfassung

Ausschlaggebend für den Therapieerfolg der chronischen funktionellen Obstipation beim Kind ist eine ausführliche Aufklärung der Eltern und Patienten über die physiologischen Zusammenhänge. Eine Desimpaktion erscheint als sehr sinnvoller erster Schritt bei der Therapie, gefolgt von einem Stuhlgangtraining und einer medikamentösen Stuhlregulation in erster Linie mit einem Macrogolum.
