Die meisten Frauen leiden irgendwann im Laufe ihres Lebens unter einer vaginalen Atrophie, die urogynäkologische und sexuelle Beschwerden mit sich bringen kann. Dies kann prämenopausal oder auch im Sinne eines „genitourinary syndrome of menopause“ auftreten. Eine besondere therapeutische Herausforderung sind Patientinnen im Zustand nach gynäkologischer Karzinomerkrankung. …
