Operative Konzepte für die Therapie der Endometriose

Zusammenfassung

Die operative Therapie der Endometriose ist anspruchsvoll. Sie reicht von der Resektion oberflächlicher peritonealer Herde bis zur interdisziplinären Operation mit partiellen Organresektionen an Darm, Blase, Urogenitaltrakt und Zwerchfell. Die Radikalität der Operation sollte der Patientin und ihren Symptomen angepasst werden, wobei sich einige prinzipielle operative Konzepte und Strategien bewährt haben. Obwohl die chirurgische Therapie selten die alleinige Lösung ist, vermag sie den weiteren Verlauf der Erkrankung positiv zu beeinflussen.
