Leber und Schwangerschaft

Zusammenfassung

Bei Patientinnen ohne Vorerkrankungen der Leber können während der Schwangerschaft Störungen der Leberfunktion relativ häufig vorkommen. Diese sind zum Teil spezifisch (Hyperemesis gravidarum, intrahepatische Cholestase der Schwangerschaft, akute Fettlebererkrankung der Schwangerschaft) oder unspezifisch (virale Hepatitiden, alkoholische Hepatitis, Autoimmun- oder metabolische Erkrankungen der Leber). Es gibt ausserdem besondere Krankheitsbilder, wie zum Beispiel Leberadenome oder das Budd-Chiari-Syndrom, in denen eine spezielle Betreuung notwendig ist. Eine Schwangerschaft kann auch bei Frauen mit einer fortgeschrittenen Lebererkrankung auftreten. In diesem Zusammenhang spielen Kontrazeption, Planung sowie eine adäquate Überwachung eine zentrale Rolle. In diesem Artikel werden diagnostische und therapeutische Aspekte dieser Situationen diskutiert und mit praxisrelevanten Hinweisen ergänzt.
