Zusammenfassung

Die Anzahl Schwangerer mit angeborenen Herzfehlern wächst ständig. Von den kardial Vorerkrankten hat in etwa jede 3. Schwangere einen angeborenen Herzfehler, die ein sehr heterogenes Krankengut darstellen. Einfache Herzfehler sind am häufigsten (60 %). Angeborene Herzfehler haben ein hohes Wiederholungsrisiko. In Europa ist die maternale Mortalität niedrig (0,2 %), die maternale kardiovaskuläre Morbidität ist beträchtlich. Sie steigt mit der Komplexität des angeborenen Herzfehlers an und geht mit erhöhter fetaler Morbidität und Mortalität einher (Aborte, Früh- und Mangelgeburt, kardiale und nichtkardiale Anomalien). Eine gemeinsame kardiologische und geburtshilfliche Betreuung gestattet die frühzeitige Diagnostik und Therapie von Komplikationen. Bei Risikokonstellationen ist eine multidisziplinäre Betreuung in einem Zentrum zur Behandlung Erwachsener mit angeborenen Herzfehlern erforderlich, die eine möglichst risikoarme Versorgung von Mutter und Kind gewährleisten kann.
