Was sehen Sie?
Ein 82-jähriger Mann stellte sich wegen eines akuten Koronarsyndroms vor. Laborchemisch konnten neben einem erhöhten Troponin T (1,44 µg/l) erhöhte Werte für Kreatinin (1,26 mg/dl) und Harnsäure (8,1 mg/dl) nachgewiesen werden.
Die klinische und computertomographische Untersuchung zeigt zwei pathologische Befunde an Händen (Abb.1A+B) und Füßen.
