Achalasie – POEM versus laparoskopische Myotomie

Die laparoskopische Kardiomyotomie mit Hemifundoplikatio gilt als effizienteste Therapie der Achalasie. Im Jahr 2009 wurde die perorale endoskopische Myotomie (POEM) beschrieben. Seitdem wird sie weltweit in steigender Zahl eingesetzt. Ein Vergleich beider Methoden anhand der aktuellen Datenlage.
