Nach langem Stillstand bei der Behandlung hochmaligner Lymphome lagen große Hoffnungen auf der Hochdosis-Chemotherapie (HDC) mit folgender autologer Stammzelltransplantation (ASCT). Ein jetzt aktualisiertes Cochrane-Review aus 2008, das die HDC der Standard-Chemotherapie in der Erstlinientherapie gegenüber stellte, konnte keine neuen Studien identifizieren.
