Ergebnisse der klinischen Bindungsforschung mit Bedeutung für die Psychotherapie

Lernziele

Aufbauend auf der von Bowlby formulierten Bindungstheorie hat sich in den letzten 20 Jahren eine Vielzahl an Befunden zur klinischen Anwendung und Relevanz der Theorie angesammelt, von denen hier einige berichtet werden, die speziell im Kontext von Psychotherapie relevant sind. Nach einer kondensierten Zusammenfassung der wesentlichen Grundlagen der Theorie und der Befunde zur Klassifikation von Bindungsmerkmalen bei Kindern und Erwachsenen, werden zunächst einige Methoden skizziert, die im klinischen Kontext zur Bindungsdiagnostik verwendet werden können. Die Befunde zur Psychotherapie gliedern sich nach berichteten Zusammenhängen zwischen Bindungsmerkmalen und therapeutischer Beziehung, Ergebnissen zur Vorhersage von Therapieergebnissen auf der Basis von Bindungsmerkmalen, zur Veränderung von Bindungsmerkmalen im Therapieverlauf, zu interpersonalen Merkmalen von Patienten mit unterschiedlichen Bindungsmerkmalen sowie Bindungsmerkmale von Psychotherapeuten.
