Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag geht auf die Formen und die Häufigkeit somatoformer Störungen im Kindes- und Jugendalter ein. Zur Ätiopathogenese wird ein zweiphasiges Störungsmodell diskutiert. Als primäre Störungsetappe wird die Manifestation der funktionellen Störung, als sekundäre die Entwicklung der somatoformen Anpassungsstörung erläutert. Formen der katastrophisierenden Fehlverarbeitung werden beschrieben, und auf die Bedeutung komorbider psychischer Störungen wird eingegangen. Wichtige Schritte der Differenzialdiagnostik und Diagnosemitteilung werden praxisnah erläutert. Kinderpsychologische Interventionen und Aspekte der Elternberatung werden kurz skizziert.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the prevalence and different forms of somatoform disorders in childhood and adolescence. A two-phase model of the etiopathogenesis is discussed. The first stage represents the manifestation of the functional disorder, and the second represents the development of the somatoform adjustment disorder. The impact of different catastrophizing thoughts and comorbid psychiatric disorders on the development of a somatoform disorder is described. Important steps in the differential diagnostic process and diagnosis communication are explained, with a practical orientation. Child psychology interventions and aspects of parent consultation are briefly outlined.
