Zusammenfassung

Sichtbare Hautveränderungen am Penis treten entweder im Rahmen allgemeiner Dermatosen auf oder beruhen auf genitalspezifischen Hautkrankheiten. Sie werden in diesem Kapitel im Einzelnen erläutert. Ihre Ätiologie ist häufig infektiös, dabei handelt es sich typischerweise um sexuell übertragbare Infektionen („sexually transmitted diseases“, STD). Dazu zählen Herpes genitalis, Mollusca contagiosa, Papillomviruskrankheiten, Skabies und Syphilis.
