Zusammenfassung
Dargestellt werden die theoretischen Grundlagen und therapeutisch-praktischen Vorgehensweisen der Zielorientierten Gesprächspsychotherapie (ZGT). Dabei wird ZGT vorgestellt als eine klärungsorientierte, auf die Bearbeitung relevanter Schemata abzielende und ressourcenaktivierende Form der Psychotherapie, die den Klientinnen und Klienten ein différentielles und störungsspezifisches Therapieangebot macht und dabei von Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten eine hohe Expertise bezüglich Informationsverarbeitung und Interventionssteuerung verlangt.
