Zusammenfassung

Pflegediagnose 50012 Definition: Ein Pflegephänomen, bei dem ein Mensch durch beträchtlich eingeschränkte Beweglichkeit in der Selbstpflege, in der Mobilität, im Selbstschutz und in der Befindlichkeit beeinträchtigt ist. Anmerkung der Autoren Anwendung dieser Pflegediagnose, wenn ein Mensch beträchtlich eingeschränkte Ressourcen (z. B. Selbständigkeitsgrad n. Jones 03 oder 04) aufweist. Bei einer schrittweisen Entwicklung von Ressourcen wird die individuelle Beschreibung in den jeweiligen Pflegediagnosen empfohlen.
