Vorkommen: Histamin ist ein basisches Amin und kommt in den meisten Geweben vor. Hohe Konzentrationen findet man in der Lunge, der Haut und im Gastrointestinaltrakt. Im Gewebe findet sich Histamin in Mastzellen und basophilen Granulozyten.
