Zusammenfassung
Eine 58-jährige Patientin kommt mit ihrem Gatten zur Untersuchung. Dieser sagte, ihm sei aufgefallen dass seine Frau in letzter Zeit bei täglichen Verrichtungen irgendwie verstrudelt sei. Zum Beispiel wenn sie ihm Kaffee koche, habe sie das Pulver nicht in den Filter getan sondern direkt in die Glaskanne der Kaffeemaschine. Wasser hinein zu geben, habe sie total vergessen. Wenn er ihr vormachte, wie man es richtig macht, habe das nichts gebessert. — Oder wenn sie sich die Zähne putze, stelle er fest, dass sie gar keine Zahnpasta auf die Bürste gegeben habe. Wenn er ihr die richtige Reihenfolge gezeigt habe, wäre es nicht besser geworden. — Bei Tische habe sie große Schwierigkeiten, richtig mit Messer und Gabel umzugehen, obwohl sie darin doch immer sehr geschickt gewesen sei. Wenn er es ihr richtig vorgemacht habe, hätte dies keinen Besserungseffekt gezeigt. Daraus wurde die Diagnose einer ideatorischen Apraxie gestellt. Die Tatsache, dass die Patienten aus Vormachen und Nachahmen — jedenfalls initial — keinen Nutzen ziehen können, muss der Therapeut beachten. Störungen im Nachahmungssystem sind eine zusätzliche Erschwernis in den neuropsychologischen Therapien allgemein, die man kennen muss. Durch übungsbehandlung in Form professioneller Therapie im Umfeld des Patienten muss hier behandelt werden.
