Kommunikation mit dem Körper – Körperverhalten und die therapeutische Interaktion

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel stelle ich dar, in welchen Formen der Körper in seinen Äußerungen wahrnehmbar wird und wie eine Kommunikation mit dem Körper in der therapeutischen Interaktion stattfindet. Zu Beginn behandle ich einige terminologische Fragen zu diesem Thema, das oft als „nonverbale Kommunikation“ bezeichnet wird, und begründe den Begriff der Körperkommunikation. Im Weiteren gehe ich auf Haltung, Bewegung, Gestik, Mimik und Prosodie der Stimme ein, erläutere zu diesen Bereichen gehörende therapeutische Konzepte und berichte über Forschungen zu ihrer Bedeutung in der therapeutischen Interaktion.
