Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag entwickelt eine Bestandsaufnahme der angewandten psychologischen Forschung zur organisationalen Gerechtigkeit mit Bezügen zu demokratischen Organisationsstrukturen und arbeitsbezogener Gesundheit. Zuerst wird die etablierte Konzeptualisierung von organisationaler Gerechtigkeit und ihren Komponenten vorgestellt. Danach wird auf Verbindungen zwischen struktureller organisationaler Demokratie und Gerechtigkeit sowie auf Bezüge zum soziomoralischen Organisationsklima eingegangen. Nach einem Überblick zu den Folgen organisationaler Gerechtigkeit für arbeitsbezogene Gesundheit werden abschließend Gerechtigkeitsimplikationen organisationaler Individualisierung diskutiert. Aufgezeigt werden Probleme einer stark subjektivierten Betrachtung sowie die Notwendigkeit, durch partizipative und demokratische Ansätze organisationale Strukturen zu schaffen, die gerechte Handlungsweisen und ein gerechtigkeitsbewusstes soziales Klima ermöglichen.
