Zusammenfassung

Das Immunsystem besteht aus verschiedenen Zellpopulationen, die sich aus einer gemeinsamen Stammzelle entwickeln. Im Blut eines Säugers findet man Vertreter sämtlicher Populationen in Gestalt der weißen Blutkörperchen oder Leukozyten.
