Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden relevante Punkte der klinischen Ganganalyse beschrieben. Die generelle Notwendigkeit von dynamischen Untersuchungen wie der des Gangbildes wird wissenschaftlich unterlegt. Begriffe wie Kinematik, Kinetik und Elektromyografie im Kontext der Ganganalyse werden erklärt und anhand von Beispielen dargestellt. Die dreidimensionale instrumentierte Ganganalyse ist derzeit das Mittel der Wahl, wenn das Gangbild bei Patienten mit neuromotorischer Störung untersucht werden soll. Dies zeigt sich auch in einer Vielzahl wissenschaftlicher Publikationen. Die gemeinsame Sprache bei der Beurteilung des Gangbildes im interdisziplinären Team ist ein wichtiger Punkt, um eine optimale Therapieplanung umzusetzen. Die klinische Ganganalyse, speziell die instrumentierte Ganganalyse, ist als Baustein zur Therapiefindung zu sehen, ein Baustein, der die Dynamik des Gangbildes erfasst.
