Zusammenfassung

Die Erfassung der Schmerzerkrankung eines Patienten soll das bio-psycho-soziale Krankheitsverständnis mitberücksichtigen. Voraussetzung ist deshalb eine ausführliche somatische und psychosoziale Anamnese. Die somatische Anamnese umfasst die spezielle Schmerzanamnese, internistische, medikamentenbezogene, chirurgische und Familienanamnese.
