Zusammenfassung
Die Spezifität der molekularen Erkennung von antigenen Strukturen durch Antikörper ist die Basis für die Immunoassay-Technologie, die auch bei POCT-Geräten zum Einsatz kommt. Dabei können qualitative und qualitative Ergebnisse erzielt werden. Die immunologischen POCT-Systeme benutzen zumeist elektrochemische (potenziometrisch, amperometrisch oder konduktometrisch/kapazitiv) oder optische Sensoren zur Detektion.
