Zusammenfassung

Die Darmverletzung ist eine seltene Diagnose beim stumpf traumatisierten Patienten. Lediglich 12 % aller Patienten mit Abdominaltrauma in Deutschland weisen eine Hohlorganverletzung auf. Dabei ist der Dünndarm das am häufigsten verletzte Hohlorgan nach stumpfem Abdominaltrauma.
