Zusammenfassung

Das evidenzbasierte Schmerzassessment im Sonderfach Physikalische und Allgemeine Rehabilitation ist ein wesentlicher Schritt in der Patientenversorgung. Hierbei spielt die Schmerzevaluierung in Zusammenhang mit Störung des Gesundheitszustandes, der funktionellen Einschränkungen mit Verschlechterung der Lebensqualität eine wichtige Rolle. In diesem Kapitel werden der klinische Untersuchungsgang und exemplarische Scores sowie Fragebögen zur Schmerzmessung skizziert. Evidenzbasierte Grundpfeiler des Assessments bei Schmerzpatienten stellen primär die Anamnese (inkl. Schmerzanamnese) und körperliche Untersuchung dar. Diese können durch Anwendung von Skalen und Fragebögen zwecks genauerer Evaluierung mit dem Ziel der Erstellung eines individuell angepassten Therapieplans gut ergänzt werden.
