Zusammenfassung

Der Gang ist eine komplexe, zyklische Bewegung, die in mehrere Phasen unterteilt wird. Es gibt verschiedene Messmethoden, um den Gang zu beurteilen. Neben der Messung der Zeit-Weg-Parameter besteht die Möglichkeit der beobachtenden Ganganalyse, einer Videoanalyse, sowie einer computerunterstützte Ganganalyse. Ergänzend kann auch eine dynamischen Elektromyographie sowie eine Messung des Energieverbrauchs durchgeführt werden.
