Zusammenfassung
Analstenosen stellen eine besondere Herausforderung für die proktologische Diagnostik dar. Die gängigen proktologischen Basisuntersuchungen wie rektal-digitale Untersuchung, Rekto-/Proktoskopie und endorektaler Ultraschall sind wegen ihres den Analkanal passierenden Wesens nur eingeschränkt nutz- und verwertbar. Analstenosen eigen sind oft Schmerzen und perifokale Vulnerabilität. Das schränkt die invasive Untersuchung zusätzlich ein.
