Zusammenfassung

Entzündungsmuster im Bereich der dermo-epidermalen Junktion. Hierbei dringen zytotoxische Immunzellen basal in das Epithel ein und induzieren den Zelltod von Keratinozyten durch verschiedene Mechanismen. Das IFD-Muster kann sich bei Dermatosen ganz unterschiedlicher Ursache finden: Neben Autoimmunerkrankungen (Lichen planus, Lupus erythematodes, Lichen sclerosus, Dermatomyositis) und reaktiven Krankheitsbildern (Arzneimittelreaktion, Pityriasis lichenoides, GvHD) können auch anti-neoplastische Reaktionen (lichenoide Keratose) sowie frühe anti-Virus-Reaktionen (HSV, Viruswarzen) histologisch ein IFD-Muster präsentieren.
