Zusammenfassung

Die granulomatösen Dermatosen entsprechen einem entzündlichen Reaktionsmuster der Haut auf unterschiedliche Reize. Sie werden verstanden als Hypersensitivitätsreaktion auf ein nur langsam zu eliminierendes intra- oder extrazellulär lokalisiertes Agens. Eine granulomatöse Entzündung ist durch Makrophagen, Epitheloidzellen und Riesenzellen charakterisiert. Als auslösende Ursache einer nicht erreger-bedingten granulomatösen Reaktion kommen körpereigenes Material, exogene Materialien und autoimmunologische Mechanismen in Betracht. Dabei können gleichartige histologische Veränderungen durch unterschiedliche Ursachen entstehen; andererseits aber kann eine auslösende Ursache auch zu unterschiedlichen histologischen Bildern führen. Um zu einer spezifischen Diagnose zu gelangen, ist daher die klinisch-pathologische Korrelation von besonderer Bedeutung. Die folgende Übersicht fasst die wichtigsten nicht infektiösen granulomatösen Erkrankungen der Haut zusammen sowie die granulomatösen Erkrankungen, die häufiger eine Hautbeteiligung zeigen.
