Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden sowohl psychotherapeutische als auch psychopharmakologische Handlungsoptionen dargestellt, die in der Therapie von NSSV oder suizidalem Verhalten zur Anwendung kommen können. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf Verfahren, für die auch im Kindes- und Jugendalter bereits ein Wirksamkeitsnachweis erbracht werden konnte. Besonders kritisch ist die mangelnde Evidenz im Bereich der psychopharmakologischen Behandlung zu bewerten, diese sollte daher auch nie als Monotherapie eingesetzt werden.
