Zusammenfassung
Blasenkontrolltraining basiert auf Beobachtungen nach denen Blasen von Enuretikern weniger Harn halten und infolgedessen häufiger ausstoßen als Blasen von Nichtenuretikern [6]. Zunahme der Blasenkapazität infolge Hamaufhalteübungen geht mit Abnahme nächtlichen Einnässens einher [3, 4, 5]. So einfach die Hypothese von der herabgesetzten Blasenkapazität als Bedingung für Enuresis erscheint, so umstritten ist sie bis heute [1, 6].
