Aktivitätsaufbau ist ein verhaltenstherapeutisches Verfahren, bei welchem ein Patient lernt, häufiger als bisher aktive Handlungen zu initiieren. Diese Methode kann therapiebegleitend eingesetzt werden, wenn eine Erhöhung des Aktivitätsniveaus erwünscht ist.
