Zusammenfassung
Diverse Teams sind kreativer und innovativer als homogene Gruppen. So lautet eine oft verbreitete These, die vor allem für den Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung von großer Bedeutung ist. Wie sieht es aber in den deutschen Unternehmen aus? Sind Forscherteams divers in Bezug auf Geschlecht, Herkunft und Ausbildung? Die folgende Arbeit vergleicht Theorie und Praxis und zeigt einige unerwartete Unterschiede auf.
