Zusammenfassung
Ernährung der Menschen bezeichnet schlicht die Aufnahme von Nährstoffen, die in der Nahrung beziehungsweise den Lebensmitteln vorliegen. Da dies ein sehr individueller und lokaler Vorgang ist, erscheint der Bezug zu Globalität zunächst weit hergeholt. Das gilt auch für den Begriff der Ernährungslage beziehungsweise des Ernährungszustands der Bevölkerung, womit die Situation und Änderung der gesundheitsbezogenen und mit der Ernährung zusammenhängenden Lage der Bevölkerung beziehungsweise Bevölkerungsgruppen bezeichnet werden.
