Unter Urodynamik versteht man die Untersuchung und Messung der funktionellen Abläufe im Harntrakt. Im klinischen Alltag beschränkt sich die Urodynamik auf den unteren Harntrakt, also im wesentlichen auf die Beurteilung der Harnspeicherungs- und -entleerungsfunktion der Blase.
