Zusammenfassung

Die Hornschichtlipide werden im Stratum granulosum synthetisiert. Sie bilden liposomenähnliche Strukturen und werden aus den Keratinozyten in die Interzellularräume ausgeschleust. Dort fließen sie zusammen und bilden multilamelläre Strukturen, in denen sich jeweils eine lipophile und eine hydrophile Schicht abwechseln (Gloor 1994; Schäfer u. Redelmeier 1996). Getrennt davon verläuft die Synthese der Membranlipide der Korneozyten. Sie enthalten Omega-Hydroxyalkylsphingoside, die eine Esterbildung mit den Proteinen der Korneozytenwand aufweisen (Schwartzendruber et al. 1987).
