Zusammenfassung
Der Teamleiter einer Bankfiliale sucht Hilfe bei seinem Vorgesetzten, da die Zusammenarbeit im Team momentan nicht funktioniert und sich Kunden zunehmend über die schlechte Beratung beschweren. Er weiß nicht, woran es liegt, könnte sich aber vorstellen, dass eine Teamentwicklung helfen könnte und möchte seinen Vorgesetzten bitten, diese zu veranlassen. Er schildert seinem Vorgesetzten die aus seiner Sicht bestehenden Probleme im Team und was er bereits alles versucht hat: »Nachdem in kurzer Zeit mehrere Kundenbeschwerden eingegangen sind, habe ich das Team zu einer Besprechung gerufen und alle gebeten, sich gegenseitig Feedback zu ihrem Beratungsverhalten zu geben. Jeder hatte so die Möglichkeit, sein eigenes Verhalten zu optimieren.
