Zusammenfassung
Die Psychologie befasst sich mit dem Erleben und Verhalten des Menschen. Die Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie als Teilgebiet der Psychologie be schäftigt sich dementsprechend mit dem menschlichen Erleben und Verhalten in der Arbeit und in Organisationen. Der gängige Doppelbegriff Arbeits- und Organisa tionspsychologie macht deutlich, dass die Inhalte des Fachs ein breites Spektrum abbilden.
