Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel soll ein besonderer Fokus auf das Lernen im Erwachsenenalter gerichtet werden. Dabei werden die spezifischen Aspekte der Simulation berücksichtigt. Mit dem Verständnis der Prinzipien des Lernens soll deutlich werden, welche Fallstricke sich auftun – aber auch, wie mit diesen umgegangen werden kann. Es werden Stärken, aber auch Schwächen der Simulation beleuchtet, um den besonderen Nutzen dieses Mediums herauszustellen.
