Zusammenfassung

Die Schilderung der Hauptbeschwerden liefert einen ersten Eindruck über die Gelenkerkrankung und die Erwartungen des Patienten. Die meisten Patienten begeben sich wegen zunehmender Schmerzen in Behandlung. Aber auch Bewegungseinschränkung, Steifheit oder Gangveränderungen beeinflussen den Leidensdruck des Patienten.
