Zusammenfassung

Die aseptische Knieprothesenlockerung ist langfristig der häufigste Grund für das Versagen einer Knieendoprothese. Bei Beobachtung der Versagensfälle muss den partikelbedingten Osteolysen und der dadurch resultierenden Implantatlockerung eine besondere Rolle zugewiesen werden. Deshalb haben wir diesem wichtigen Grund der aseptischen Lockerung ein eigenes Kapitel gewidmet.
