Die Urogenitaltuberkulose (UGT) ist eine postprimäre Organmanifestation der Infektionskrankheit Tuberkulose.

  • Primärbefall: Lunge, Darm,

  • Streuung im Rahmen der Generalisation in andere Organe,

  • Exazerbation postprimär mit Latenzzeiten von über 30 Jahren,

  • UGT mit 3% aller Tuberkuloseformen (2007) dritthäufigste extrapulmonale Tuberkulose in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
