Das Antiphospholipid-Syndrom tritt gehäuft bei jungen Frauen auf. Eine Störung der Thrombozytenaggregation durch Anti-Phospholipid-Antikörper (APAk) kann zu Amaurosis fugax, TIA, Schlaganfall, Herzinfarkt, Lungenembolie oder Beinvenenthrombose führen.
