Zusammenfassung

Die Entwicklung und Funktion der Fortpflanzungsorgane wird in 3 wesentliche Phasen eingeteilt: Während der Embryonalzeit findet die primäre Geschlechtsentwicklung statt, postnatal wird eine Reifung gesehen, gefolgt von der kindlichen Ruhephase, woraufhin mit der Pubertätsentwicklung dann die adulte reproduktive Phase eingeleitet wird.
