Zusammenfassung

Definition, Abgrenzung und Klassifikation dieser Störungen (Achse-II-Störungen in multidimensionalen Diagnosesystemen) sind nicht abgeschlossen; auch der Begriff Persönlichkeitsstörung ist umstritten. Neben der kategorialen Einteilung wurde immer eine dimensionale Sichtweise gefordert, in DSM-V wird ein Hybridmodell mit kategorialen und dimensionalen Anteilen implementiert und der Cluster/Prototypansatz zumindest wieder relativiert (Skodol et al. 2011).
