Überversorgung: Initiativen zur Identifikation ineffektiver oder nicht bedarfsgerechter Leistungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Zahl der Initiativen, die sich mit einer Reduktion einer medizinischen Überversorgung zusammenfassen lassen, steigt weltweit. Immer öfter werden diese Aktivitäten von Ärzten und Klinikern selbst vorangetrieben, um nicht bedarfsgerechte medizinische Leistungen zu identifizieren und infolge zu vermeiden. Der vorliegende Artikel stellt „Choosing Wisely“ in den Kontext weniger bekannter Aktivitäten, insgesamt 13, und beschreibt diese kurz; es werden die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede in der methodischen Herangehensweise herausgearbeitet.
