Zusammenfassung

TrustTable (www.​trusttable.​at) wurde als Pilotprojekt geschaffen, um eine webbasierte Lösung zur integrativen und multiprofessionellen Versorgung von Patienten zu bieten. Dies wird im Kontext psychiatrischer und psychotherapeutischer Praxis dargestellt. Dabei kommt Blended Care, einer Kombination aus Online- und Face-to-Face-Therapie, eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Um die Vorteile beider Behandlungsmodalitäten optimal für eine personalisierte Behandlung gemäß den aktuellen Bedürfnissen und Fähigkeiten des Patienten zu nutzen, wurde die Autonomie des Therapeuten besonders berücksichtigt. Das Projekt wurde aus ethischen Gründen als telemedizinischer Krisensupport zu Beginn der COVID-19-Krise für Experten wie Patienten geöffnet und wird seither laufend weiterentwickelt.
