Rehabilitation bei Herzinsuffizienz

Zusammenfassung

Herzinsuffizienz ist eine prognostisch relevante und epidemiologisch bedeutsame Erkrankung mit hohem Kostenfaktor. In der Genese der Belastungsintoleranz spielt die skelettmuskuläre Myopathie eine relevante Rolle. Rehabilitation bei Herzinsuffizienz adressiert vor allem die medizinische Trainingstherapie zur Stärkung und Konditionierung der Skelettmuskulatur und wird von den kardiologischen Fachgesellschaften mit einer Klasse IA-Indikation versehen. Trainingsmethodisch wird ein moderates kontinuierliches Ausdauertraining oder Intervalltraining mit Krafttraining kombiniert. Einem multimodalen Ansatz entsprechend wird auch Augenmerk auf die Optimierung der neurohumoralen Therapie sowie die Beratung und Schulung der Patienten zur Stärkung der Selbstkompentenz sowie der psychosozialen Unterstützung gelegt.
