Zusammenfassung

In der komplexen Behandlung bipolarer Patientinnen und Patienten spielt – zusätzlich zu Pharmakotherapie und Psychotherapie – die Psychoedukation eine äußerst bedeutsame Rolle. Die Psychoedukation ist bei bipolaren Störungen wichtig, um eine bessere Behandlungsadhärenz zu schaffen, und ist mit besserer Funktionsfähigkeit im Beruf verknüpft. Während die Pharmakotherapie gut etabliert ist, haben Patientinnen und Patienten oft Schwierigkeiten, Zugang zu Gruppenpsychoedukation zu erhalten. Ein einfaches Programm mit acht jeweils wöchentlichen Sitzungen wird vorgestellt. Diese Publikation – die erste von dreien in dieser Zeitschrift – umfasst die ersten vier Module.
