Behandlung einer bipolaren affektiven Störung im Rahmen einer psychiatrisch-stationären Mutter-Kind-Einheit

Zusammenfassung

Zeiten von Schwangerschaft und Geburt stellen eine Phase von erhöhter Vulnerabilität für psychische Erkrankungen dar. Nach der Entbindung können depressive Störungen, Angst- und Zwangsstörungen, Psychosen und bipolare Störungen auftreten und zu Problemen in der Mutter-Kind-Beziehung führen. Für eine optimale Behandlung ist eine gute interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit erforderlich. An der Universitätsklinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Abteilung für Sozialpsychiatrie, gibt es seit vielen Jahren die Möglichkeit einer sogenannten Mutter-Kind-Aufnahme. In der Kasuistik kommt eine 27-jährige Patientin mit Angststörung, Zwangsstörung und bipolarer Störung zur Vorstellung. Unter Valproinsäure, Pregabalin und Sertralin kam es zu einer Stabilisierung des Zustandsbildes. Durch ergänzende psychotherapeutische Gespräche und eine videogestützte Interaktionstherapie verbesserte sich auch die Mutter-Kind-Interaktion.
