Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine Patientin mit hinterem Keratokonus berichtet. Klinisch zeigten sich die typischen Veränderungen einer zentralen Verdünnung der linken Hornhaut mit konischem Vordringen der Innenkurvatur der Hornhaut. Am rechten Auge zeigten sich die klassischen Zeichen einer akuten Phase.

Summary

Description of a patient with keratoconus posticus acutus. The typical changes including thinning, were seen clinically on the posterior central surface of the left cornea with conical protrusion of the internal curvature. The right eye showed the classic signs of the acute phase.
